    The front of the plaque says 2002 COLORADO SPRINGS BALLOON CLASSIC THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE 28TH ANNUAL COLORADO SPRINGS BALLOON CLASSIC. The back of the plaque has a sticker on it from C & A Trophies.
