Fabulous, hard to find design.  Original knob & rim lock - manufactured by Adams & Westlake for Rail Road Saloon Cars.  A piece of rail road history.  This knob and mortise design are both shown on the Antique Doorknob Collector website as listing #J-22300.

ee measurements in photos.  Seems to function well.  The deadbolt is operated with a sliding tab which is missing - the tab was attached with a small nut and bolt and was removed, but could be replaced.  Sells as shown.
