Antique door knob from 1891.This knob was manufactured for the Lexington Hotel in Chicago IL. Blumin identification is P - 45340.
The Lexington Hotel was the primary residence of the notorious gangest Al Capone. His time of residency at the hotel was from July 1929 until his arrest in 1931.
Great find for any door knob collector or historian.
Knob is made of brass or bronze (magnet does not stick).
Knob is a standard passage size and takes a standard size spindle (spindle not included).
