ee measurements in photos.  While this piece was not made by Guerin; this design was also produced by P. E. Guerin (New York) - as is shown in the photo here from their catalog.  (Many designs were shared between P. E. Guerin and elite French companies such as Fontaine and Sterlin Bricard).
