Published in 1978 in a limited edition as a promo by Tyler Graphics who produced a series of lithographs by Hockney and other major artists of the time. Tyler Graphics has closed shop for a number of years now.
This promo for the much larger lithograph they published is a
print
measuring 7.5 x 8 inches. It's attached only from the top (as published by the Tyler Graphics). The image is an iconic image of swimming pool by Hockney.
This print was never for sale and it was strictly used as a promo that was sent to collectors before the lithograph's release. It is therefore a rare item.
