from the Commemorative & Events series . The item may have minor discoloration, production/paint marks or excess paint spots, loose joints as with mass-produced vinylmations
(see pictures for condition)
. The item has a smudge mark on the left ear which appears to be a production paint flaw (see picture).  This flaw was also referenced by other sellers on Ebay for similar items.  No box or foil provided.
