    Another rate increase from An Post. A 2c increase for National Post and
    a 5c increase for International Mail. New rates accordingly are 70c and €1.05.
    As before, self adhesive booklets and a coil roll of 100 have been issued. The
    70c booklet features the Red Fox and the €1.05 booklet has the Otter.
    The Coil Roll of 100 features 50 of the Woodpecker and 50 of the Mute Swan.
    Once again An Post has not produced and First Day Covers~the 4th time in a row
    they have not done so for new definitives.
