Description
This is a large framed group of Civil War reenactment photos of a large battle normally seen at the Gettysburg or Winchester, Virginia reenactments. There are a group of 5 photographs all in full color. The large photo at the top measures 8 by 12 inches while the other 4 measure 4 by 6 inches. These photographs are really nice. They are not old and are not claimed to be vintage photos but the set was most likely taken at an anniversary battle such as the Gettysburg High Water Mark. Since they are framed and laid out this way it appears that it was something special. The entire frame measurements are 17 by 21 inches. The frame is bumped and scraped showing lots of use. It is sturdy and solid as is the glass. This was most likely a reenactor's composition at a battle that was his or her's trophy. The top photo is very close up and one gets the feeling that they are in the thick of things. This is a nice Civil War collectible.
