    Beautiful, circa 1897 brass Russell & Erwin, Bavarian four fold door knob.  Appears in Russell & Erwin 1897 catalog.  Blumin ID: H-47300
    Oversize knob measures 2 1/4" in diameter across the center and stands 2 1/4" high.
    Knob has been gently wiped down, very clean piece.   Takes a standard 5/16" knob post that is not threaded. Very nice addition to any collection of door knobs!
