Flat back with a hole for hanging
Circular paper label printed: The Jones Metal Products Co., West Lafayette, Ohio, Made in U.S.A.
Jones Quality Hospital and Surgical Enameled Ware.
Rectangular paper label printed: War needs have decreased quality of rubber tubing - moisten spout
with soap and attach tubing carefully to avoid splitting.
Includes original hose (brittle / end broken) and shut off clip
Some rust and wear / scratches
Measures approximately 7 3/8" height X 6" depth (includes spout)
Labeling suggest this piece was used during the 1940s as the onset of World Ware II cut off the U.S. access to the natural rubber supply.  Conserving and reclaiming of rubber was indicative of the WWII era.
