Vintage MICKEY MOUSE SOLDIER marked Walt Disney Productions MARX TOYS HONG KONG.
I have no idea what the original use for this item was. It may have been either a Nutcracker or Wrench. Someone had one similar listed as scissors but it’s definitely not scissors it works like scissors but there’s no way to cut anything with it. It has grippers on the inside of his ears.
Condition is “Used” with wear from age and use. It is made of plastic and has scuffs, scratches and paint color loss.
